2. Land Acknowledgement
   1. “We are standing on the ancestral lands of the Dakota People. We want to acknowledge the Ojibwe, the Ho Chunk, and the other nations of people who also called this place home. We pay respects to their elders past and present. Please take a moment to consider the treaties made by the tribal nations that entitle non-Native people to live and work on traditional Native lands. Consider the many legacies of violence, displacement, migration, and settlement that bring us together here today.       • Land Use: Motion: Moved that the Como Community Council recommends against Option 3 in the proposed City of St Paul Ward Redistricting map.  Natural neighborhood boundaries are better reflected in Options 1, 2, 4, and 5.

        1. Elections: Everyone, including current board members, needs to submit an application to be included on the ballot. Community can request ballots on the website (as of March 2)

        3. Sunday Series: Still need someone to volunteer to host the zoom for March 20.
        4. Community Garden: 23 of 25 plots renewed, two new gardeners from waitlist (3 remaining on list).
