In February, D10 Como Park co-hosted a engagement event with Hamline Midway Coalition, North End Neighborhood Organization, and the St. Paul Planning and Economic Development (PED) department about the 1-4 Housing Study Phase 2, which deals with increasing housing density in “neighborhood scale” ways.
