At the April 6, 2022 Land Use Committee Meeting we heard from St. Paul Public Works Transportation Planner Jimmy Shoemaker to discuss a proposal for funding for Pedestrian Improvements in the Chelsea Heights Elementary area.
JANUARY 2023 UPDATE: The city has been awarded Federal Funding for improvements ($1M Federal, ~$440k from City for design). Construction planned for 2026 because of funding cycle process.
