- This opportunity is through the Met Council’s Regional Solicitation.
- If awarded, the funding for construction would be available in 2026
- The type and location of pedestrian improvements at Chelsea are TBD at this point, but they will focus on traffic calming along and crossing improvements of Hamline Ave and Hoyt Ave. Public Works plans to propose enough work to meet the maximum award ($1,000,000)
