   • Chelsea Heights Elementary Pedestrian Improvements
     • Guest: Jimmy Shoemaker – Public Works Transportation Planner
     • A few notes about the project:
       • This opportunity is through the Met Council’s Regional Solicitation.
       • If awarded, the funding for construction would be available in 2026
       • The type and location of pedestrian improvements at Chelsea are TBD at this point, but they will focus on traffic calming along and crossing improvements of Hamline Ave and Hoyt Ave. Public Works plans to propose enough work to meet the maximum award ($1,000,000)
       • 2017 SRTS plan for Chelsea Heights

       • 10-year plan divides SPRWS service area into project areas, currently working on the plan specifics, check website for updates.

     • Como Golf Course & Clubhouse is up for renewal on their Liquor and Entertainment Licenses – April 18, 2022 (Ward 4)
     • Gabe’s by the Park (991 Lexington Pkwy) is up for renewal on their Liquor, Entertainment, and Gambling Licenses – May 5, 2022 (Ward 4)
     • Essence Event Center (1217 Bandana Sq.) is up for renewal on their Liquor and Entertainment Licenses – May 6, 2022 (Ward 4)
