Land Use Committee (3rd Tuesdays at 7pm)
The third Tuesday of every month typically hosts our Land Use committee and Board/Organizational topics for discussion and planning, as well as guest presentations related to those issues. Occasionally time sensitive Environment and Neighborhood Relations items are included on the agenda as well. These meetings are open to the public and are offered hybrid in-person at the Como Streetcar Station (1224 Lexington Parkway) as well as on zoom. Agendas are posted on our website homepage as well as shared in our Weekly Newsletter the Friday prior to the meeting.

Recorded Presentations: Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Update – 3/6/2024
At the February 20, 2024 D10 Como Community Meeting we welcomed Adam Strehlow, Urban Forester, St. Paul Parks and Rec – Forestry, to give us an overview of the city’s EAB history and response, and what to expect in 2024.
Committee Purpose
The purpose of the committee is to address land use issues affecting District 10 community residents and businesses, including zoning, development, redevelopment, planning, licensing, property rights and community values. The committee works to ensure community members are aware of land use issues, and invite dialogue on issues and decisions affecting the community. The committee facilitates meetings and discussions on land use issues between community members, businesses and the City of St Paul, ensuring that the community’s voice is heard.
