In December and January, we accepted nominations for the 2023 Como Neighborhood Honor Roll, our board members voted to select honorees among the nominations, and the winners were honored at our March 19 Como Community meeting.

At the March 19, 2024 D10 Como Community Meeting we welcomed Tyrone Minor, owner of the Mali Center (and F.I.T. Lab), to introduce us to the new Mali center, coming to the Como/Front/Dale area in June!
March 6, 2024 Community Meeting – 1st Wednesdays
The first Wednesday of every month Community Meeting, beginning at 7pm, typically hosts our Environment and Neighborhood Relations committee topics for discussion and planning, as well as guest presentations related to those issues. Occasionally time sensitive Land Use and Board/Organizational items are included on the agenda as well.
Committee Purpose
The purpose of the Neighborhood Relations Committee is to encourage a healthy and safe community by fostering neighborly relationship/communication between District 10 residents, public institutions and private businesses in the community. The committee will act as a liaison between the community, block clubs, District 10 committees, public institutions, and private businesses for District 10. The committee is committed to the safety and well being of the District 10 community.
