D10 Monthly "Halftime" Social
The Como Community Council is putting down the gavel once a month for a social gathering. This agenda-free meet-up happens between our two monthly meetings on the second Wednesday each month. You will find the details here on our website as well as in the Weekly D10 Newsletter.
These events are open to all, they provide an opportunity for D10 regulars and newcomers alike to get to know one another better outside the confines of our formal meetings. No board business will be conducted at these meet-ups.

SUMMER SOCIAL SEASON BEGINS!
Wednesday – May 8, 2024 6pm @ Como Lakeside Pavilion
Join us Wednesday, May 8, 6pm at Como Lakeside Pavilion (1360 Lexington Pkwy), our table(s) will be identified with the D10 logo marker adjacent to this text. We’re shifting from our Winter spot at Half-Time Rec to the Lakeside Pavilion for the Summer.
We hope to be outside on the patio but if the weather isn’t ideal you’ll find us inside (possibly upstairs?). Sorry there’s not a dartboard, join us anyway!
Dock and Paddle assured us they’re switching from their shoulder season hours to be open full summer hours 9am-9pm by Wednesday! (even if their website doesn’t get updated)

Past Socials
Winter at Half-Time Rec
D10 Socials began in November 2023, mostly meeting at Half-Time Rec (1013 Front Ave.). As originally conceived, the monthly socials would move from place to place, possibly choosing different times and activities. This proved to be too ambitious for our monthly organizing capacity, and it was settled during a 6-month check in on the initiative that a season change would be easier to plan and participate.
