Over the last few weeks, we’ve shared what we think is pretty special about the Como Community Council’s contributions to the quality of life in Como Park, from programming to resource-sharing to a sense of neighborhood connectedness. For the final week of our Como Springsgiving Drive, we’re hearing from neighbor Annie Huidekoper about why she supports our organization.

The D10 Board typically meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:15pm. All D10 Como Park meetings are open to the public and have space for community members to bring topics for discussion. This meeting will take place hybrid at the Como Streetcar Station (1224 Lexington Pkwy) and also via video conferencing and telephone access, access details below.
The Como Community Council is dedicated to creating a vibrant, safe, welcoming neighborhood for renters, homeowners, businesses and other organizations. Our board and committees- made up of community volunteers- work to shape decisions that affect the quality of life for those who live, work, and visit our neighborhood.

The D10 Como Community Council announced changes to our regular meeting schedule in July 2022 and implemented the change for a trial period from August thru December, with the intention of collecting community feedback to consider adjustments before finalizing our 2023 meeting schedule.
The Como Community Council is an independent, nonprofit organization accountable to the community. We are dedicated to creating a vibrant, safe, welcoming neighborhood. We provide a voice for renters, homeowners, businesses, and nonprofits to shape decisions that affect the quality of life for those who live, work, and visit here.
