Request your ballot now to vote in special elections for two seats on the Como Community Council. Elections take place in May for:

  • One At Large seat; any District 10 community member can vote in this special election.
  • One seat from Sub-District 3; only current board members and community members who live between Victoria, Larpenteur, Dale, and north of the railroad tracks can vote in this special election.

Winners of the special elections will serve until April 2022. They fill out the terms of board members Jill Henricksen and Jennifer Nelson, who were elected in April to officer positions.

District 10 community members can vote from home: You'll be able to vote online, or by returning a paper ballot through the mail.

To request a ballot: Fill out this registration form.

  • If you intend to vote online, we need your request by Tuesday May 18 at 5 p.m.
  • If you want a paper ballot, we need your request by Wednesday May 12.

We must have all ballots in hand by 7 p.m. Tuesday May 18. (Because of restrictions on public gatherings, we still can’t schedule in-person voting.)

Who is eligible to vote: Renters, homeowners, and other residents of District 10 who are at least 16 years old can vote. So can representatives from business, nonprofits, or other organizations with a physical presence in District 10. Here's a map of District 10. If you have questions, email us.
